Transformed Terms and Conditions


Enrolment Fee

Full payment of the enrolment fee is due before the time of registration. You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

We will give you access to the course when full payment has been made.

The enrolment fee shall cover the course registration and participation, and all other Course content.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to studentadmin@transformed.com.au. Alternatively call Transformed on 1300 738 720 to discuss your options.

All written requests must be received prior to commencement and contain the following information:

1.Name of the participant

2.Name of the course

3.Reason for the cancellation

4.Signed by the client and or participant (electronic email signature is acceptable)

More than 10 working days from course commencement

In the event of a cancellation Transformed will refund the fees paid in full if advised in writing of a cancellation more than 10 working days prior to the course commencement date.

10 working days or less from Course commencement

In the event of notification of a cancellation 10 working days or less before the course commencement date fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another course. Transformed cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within the 10 working day period.

Note: Commencement occurs when the student’s enrolment has been processed and access to the online training has been established.

Non-completion

No refund of fees or release from financial commitment will be granted for non-completion of studies.

Appeals

Transformed has a fair and equitable process for dealing with student complaints and appeals.

If a student wishes to appeal the decision made regarding their refund application then they should follow the Student Handbooks appeals policy and procedures.

If you have a complaint about anything related to your course you should first try to resolve the problem by speaking to the student coordinator. If you cannot resolve your problem by informal discussions you can make a Formal complaint using the appropriate forms – contact Student Support for a copy of this form studentadmin@transformed.com.au

System Availability.

Thinkific e-Learning system is generally available 24X7, but may be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. Transformed will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but, this is not always possible.

Copyright and Proprietary Property.

We will provide to material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of Transformed. All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.

Warranty

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE FOR THE USE OR RESULTS OF THE COURSE AND MATERIALS, THAT YOU WILL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE COURSE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE WILL BE ATTAINED BY YOU. TRANSFORMED DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


Limitation of Liability

Transformed has no liability to you whatsoever. This "Limitation of Liability" section applies regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages from us, including but not limited to, breach of contract (even in the case of a fundamental breach) and tort (including, but not limited to, misrepresentation).
